For a standard project, at the conclusion of our production the editing process will typically require 1-2 weeks, depending on the unique deliverables required.

We offer unlimited revisions on all projects so we can ensure the content is exactly how you’d like it to be. You can also schedule alignment calls with us at any point throughout the process to ensure things are headed in the right direction.

Definitely! Before we create any content for you, we ask for you to send fonts, logos and brand guidelines so we can implement them to the edit if need be.

If something unexpected comes up on the day of our shoot session that could impact the results (such as bad weather or material delays), we completely understand. We’re always happy to reschedule if needed, ensuring we have the best possible conditions to create the best results for your project.

We'll work with your site team to coordinate access around the construction schedule. For any time lapse camera setup, we'll need a suitable position with clear line of sight to the project and access to either 240v power or a location suitable for solar. For production days, we'll confirm access and any induction or safety requirements ahead of time.
